Once you finalized their order, we start the permitting process, which typically takes 6-8 weeks. We must work with the local jurisdiction and their various agencies to get the project approved.

Once we have the necessary permits, we place the customer's order with the factory. While the factory is building the home, our experienced crew prepares the home site, builds the approved foundation system, and brings the various utilities to the home site.
